The invention relates to a method for the location and/or time-controlled variation of the coefficient of friction and/or the adhesive force between two bodies, comprising radiating one or both contact surfaces between the bodies with radiation. The invention also relates to the use of the inventive method for the location and/or time-controlled variation of the coefficient of friction and/or the adhesive force between two bodies, and to a system comprising two bodies, the coefficient of friction and/or the adhesive force between the two bodies being temporarily or permanently varied. The invention finally relates to a device for the location and/or time-controlled variation of the coefficient of friction and/or the adhesive force, which device comprises the inventive system and a control unit.
